Friday, November 10RH at 6:00 a.m. In the Albrook Mall, dinosaur hall, you can attend a great walk to the Omar Torrijos National Park. It will cost: $ 50, 12 limited places, come and be punctual, the tour will last until November 12RH. Communicate to the email: for more information.

The cost includes: lunch on Friday, November 10TH. at the Copé, Dinner or lunch on Saturday, November 11RH. in base camp, 4×4 round trip transportation from Barrigón del Copé Community, to Caseta of the ANAM del Tife. (then walk for 4 hours, to base camp), local guide to Trails and Waterfalls Tife 1 and Tife 2 (6hrs walk back and forth), first aid kit of P. A.

What is there to bring?
• Insulation / sleeping bag (we will sleep inside base camp)
• Cool shirts, preferably long sleeves, not cotton (fast dry by humidity)
• Long pants (2 changes)
• Hat
• Backpack with protector or Black Bag to protect it from the rain (try to waterproof the contents of the backpack)
• Capote (indispensable)
• Trekking poles (optional)
• Camelback capacity 2.0 lts water
• Cartridge for wet clothes and garbage
• Personal basic food:
-Snacks for the road
-Friday 10th of Nov .: Dinner
-Saturday Nov. 11: Breakfast / lunch snack / dinner-dinner.
-Sunday 12 Nov .: Breakfast
• 1 glass / cup + plates and cutlery for each person
• Headlamp
• Lightweight towel

• Resistant shoes with a good sole and / or hiking boots (they will get wet). Several pairs of socks.
