You are invited to Flamenco Fit on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 April at the Plaza del Sol in Multiplaza at 3:00 pm. Come and take part in this innovative discipline created by Anita Loynaz, which combines functional exercises with flamenco. It will be the first Flamenco Fitness Party with lighting, screens and latest technology, where the public is an active part of each routine and can share the sensations of the dance with Anita Loynaz and guest artists. It is suitable for all ages.
